Regina Spektor's music has been used in a variety of television programmes and films from CSI and Grey's Anatomy to Narnia, (500) Days of Summer and In Bruges.
On September 16, 2009, it was announced that Spektor would write the music for the "Beauty", a modern adaptation of the Grimm's Fairytale "Sleeping Beauty", which is set to open during the 2011-12 Broadway season.
