Q. What is Mojo and how do I get some?
A. The term Mojo means a lot of things. The dictionary describes it as a soul or spirit, while some say it is a type of magic charm. Austin Powers even lost his in a movie once. We like to think of it as something special, unique and just all round cool. Here at GotMojo, we have created loads of t-shirts that we want you to wear, and we hope you find something that stands out at you, that makes you feel cool, and hopefully, will give you Mojo.
Q. When will my t-shirt arrive?
A. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. We deliver using 1st class post, and we try to dispatch as many t-shirts as we can on the same day as purchased which means you could be wearing your new Tee in just a day or two after your purchase. If you need your t-shirt super-super-quick, then contact us at hello@gotmojo.co.uk and we will do everything we possibly can...even ask Superman to deliver it personally!
Q. What are your UK posting charges?
A. Because we are such nice people at GotMojo, all UK shipping is free. You can order as many t-shirts as you want and you still won’t have to pay a penny on UK postage.
Q. What size am I?
A. We don’t know! Have a look at any t-shirts you currently own and check what size that is. Alternatively, look at the chart below for guidance.

Q. What if you don't do my size?
A. If we don't do your size in a particular t-shirt, then just email us and we will do our best to get your t-shirt for you. We only stock sizes Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large, but we can get extra small, XXL, and XXXL on request.
Q. How do I pay for my t-shirts?
A. We accept Paypal as the method of payment for all items on our website. Paypal is world-renowned for its safety and security. It is free to sign up and there are no charges whatsoever when using it to pay for any products.
Q. Can you print my artwork/design onto a t-shirt?
A. Yes we can! Have a look through the “design-your-own” section or email us at hello@gotmojo.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can about making your personalised t-shirt.
Q. What types of t-shirts do you use?
A. We have done extensive testing on many different types of t-shirts and have found that the most comfortable and reliable t-shirts come from Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, and Stedman. We use these brands to create all our designs throughout the website. At the moment, all of our t-shirts are round-necked, but we will be adding a larger variety of t-shirts and other clothing in the future.
Q. I want one of your designs, but you don't offer it in the colour I want. Can anything be done?
A. Of course! Each design has been created and listed on the website with t-shirt colours and text colours that we think would look the best. However, if we do not list a colour that you want, then simply email us and we will do our best to get you the exact t-shirt you are looking for.
Q. How do you create the designs?
A. Dependant upon the design, we can create it in two ways. Either we use a transfer method involving a heat press, or we use econofilm. These methods have been proven to last and stay vibrant throughout the t-shirt life.
Q. I am interested in having GotMojo create our uniforms. How do I go about this?
A. We are more than happy to create staff clothing, hen and stag t-shirts, 5-a-side tops, or anything really! If you visit our affiliates page, you will see other people and companies that we have worked with. Just conatct us at hello@gotmojo.co.uk and we will work out your requirements and any other details.
Q. You have a plain section. Can I bulk buy t-shirts?
A. Yes you can! Just order as many t-shirts as you want and we will have them delivered to you. UK postage is also free no matter how large the order.
Q. I’m not sure my order went through. Can you help?
A. You should receive a confirmation email from us soon after ordering. If you didn’t get one then chances are your spam filters are blocking our email, or your order didn’t go through. To check, log in to your account on the GotMojo website and your order should be displayed there. If it isn’t then please email us at hello@gotmojo.co.uk.
Q. I have not received my order. Where is it?
A. Our orders usually arrive 3-5 working days after the order has been processed, however, sometimes they can be delayed for whatever reason. If you haven’t received the item within 15 days of purchase, then drop us an email at hello@gotmojo.co.uk and we will investigate it and get a new shirt sent to you as soon as possible.
Q. I have registered with you already but now my password doesn't work. Why not?
A. This is usually because when you registered, you either used a different email address or you spelled the email address wrongly. If you have a current order with an incorrect email address then you won’t have received an order confirmation email. Please email us giving us your name, postcode and the item you ordered so we can take a look at your order and give you the email address you entered. Then you can log in and update you details. If you haven’t got a current order then just re-register making sure the details are correct.
Q. When I enter my email address and password, it keeps saying my password is wrong. Why?
A. Again, make sure you are using the same email address. We have customers who change their email address regularly and forget which one they have registered with us. In any case, as long as you don’t have a current order with us you can re-register using the correct details. Otherwise please email us at hello@gotmojo.co.uk with your problem and we will do our best to help you out.
Q. Can you do any other types of clothing besides t-shirts?
A. Yes, we have done, and do print on clothes other than t-shirts. We have printed on polo shirts, jumpers, trousers and hooded tops to name a few. At the moment, the website only allows you to purchase t-shirts, however, in time, this will be updated to include many other products.
